(Q) What is ID Verification? |
|
(A) ID verification is a process that helps prove a members identification matches the information that the member used to register on The House of Equine Auctions website. There is a fee of $1.00 for this process and it is payable through PayPal. Once the ID verification process has been completed, a member will have full unrestricted use of The House of Equine Auctions website functions and features. Ended Auctions |

(Q) How long are ended auctions saved? |
|
(A) Ended auctions are stored in the system for a maximum of 30 days. Once 30 days have passed from the end of any auction, it will no longer be viewable and feedback can also not be left. |

(Q) How can I place a bid? |
|
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on? |
|
(A) Traders Time Online Auctions offers you an easy way to keep track of items you are bidding on. You may do this by logging in and visiting your members area then select the "bidding" page. You will then be able to view all of the auctions that you have placed a bid on. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item? |
|
(A) Traders Time Online Auctions system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. You will then have the option, if time allows, to return to the item and place a new bid should you desire. |

Registering |

(Q) How do I register? |
|
(A) To register, click on the "Register" link at the top and bottom areas of all pages within the Traders Time Online Auctions website. Once you have correctly filled in all of the required information, you will receive an email which contains a link that you must click on to activate your account. Once you have clicked on the link provided in the email, your account will become active and registration will be complete. |

(Q) I'm under 18 and can't signup? |
|
(A) In accordance with standard law, persons under the age of 18 cannot participate in auctions as they legally binding contracts. |

Selling |

(Q) How can I list an item? |
|
(A) To list an item for sale or auction, you must first be a registered member. Once you have successfully registered you may log in and select the "Sell" link which is located on the top and bottom of all pages contained within the Traders Time Online Auctions website. From there, you simply choose your category to sell in, fill in all of the required information about the item your selling, the price, number of times to re-list the item (if desired), shipping information, pictures, etc. and once you've finished, follow the instructions to submit your item. |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling? |
|
(A) It's easy to keep track of everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "selling" page. All of your auctions will be displayed for you to view, edit, or end early. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item? |
|
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
Also, when using custom HTML in your listing, you will need to click on the <> which opens a new box. Write your HTML directly in this box or paste in your copied HTML using the paste clipboard icon then click on "Apply" at the bottom right of this new box. Inserting your HTML directly into the main text area will result in improperly displayed HTML coding. |
